Design should never say, "Look at me." It should always say, "Look at this."
- David Craib
Canby High School offers a wide range of Career and Technical Education classes. Graphic Design has 3 levels which consist of Graphic Design 1 (Fundamentals), Graphic Design 2 (Applications), Graphic Design 3 (Portfolio) and the Design Center class. These courses include experiences to connect with working professionals and portfolio development. Many of the courses we teach are dual credit opportunities which means that students who are enrolled in our classes have the option to get college credit at CCC. Information about this opportunity will be given out during the first week of class. We believe students learn best from a variety of teaching styles so our classes are organized with multiple lesson styles. Some lessons are live demonstrations, some are video tutorials, and others are group instruction. We do our best to stay current on the software programs we teach and expect our students to do the same. Please keep an open mind and a creative outlook while participating in our classes.
